I would ban political parties from spending lots of money attacking each others faults and insist they spent that money on telling us exactly what it is THEY are going to do to sort the UK out?

I see politics are the same everywhere...

I am feeling that way too...... I am tempted to look at the policies of a few of the others. I dont think I would go for BNP but there are other parties hoping to get a foot in the door who have some really good "common sense" ideas!
Such as the UKIP who think we should pull out of the EU completely, use the multiple billions we save from having to pay other EU countries for their problems on tackling our own national debt, then we would also have full control over our own country, laws and regulations with no foreign outside influence dictating how our bananas should look or whether we have enough immegrants enter our country each year or not! They were also on about stopping all british citizenships so that people that come to this country from abroad can only do so if they are on holiday, or have full time work  lined up and are allowed in on a visa, and if they lose their job they have to leave the country again. That way we dont have to have any more foreigners settle here and claim UK citizenship and then bleed our country dry of benefits, etc. They would be coming here because they have jobs already lined up and will only stay here if they stay in work providing something INTO the country, rather than taking OUT of the country!

Its these sort of common sense approaches that the smaller parties are coming up with that are bold and adventurous, are what is making me decide to pay closer attention to them than the big boys with their constant "Well He is crap cos...." "well they are crap because....." "Well we will cut taxes....." "Well we will give every newborn child £20"...... and so on!

all empty promises really.
The only thing agree with the BNP is the immigration problem we have.....but they are a bit too extreme for me.
But yes UKIP might getting my vote.
Slightly off topic...i've been watching 'Border patrol' on some obscure cable channel and its about the austrailian customs. Now they have the right idea-they don't let anybody in without a correct visa, place to stay and money to survive on.
heres a story too-my step-mum knows this lady who lived in a 2 bedroom house and has 5 kids. after nearly 9 years of waiting she finally got re-housed into a larger property (i'm not sure of her situation regarding working/benefits etc but thats irrelevent) and the week after she moved in a family of 2 adults and 3 children moved in across the street. They were immigrants and had been housed within 4 months of coming to England. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with colour/creed etc but that just don't seem right to me.

try getting 40 calls a day from them and there is nothing you can do because they are based overseas and outside the jurisdiction of the TPS :(
